Essential Oils and Cheryl Mullick

I was inspired this morning by a Facebook friend to write about essential oils. I do essential oil treatments known as Raindrop Therapy twice monthly at Tre Bella Spa in Auburn and work with Cheryl Mullick. What I want people to know is not only do I no longer get colds or flus, but also I have rheumatoid arthritis and I no longer take any kind of anti-inflammatory drugs or traditional RA treatments such as Enbrel or methatrexate. The Young Living essential oils (100% purified plant extract) contain properties that when put on the neck, spine and feet seep into your system and not only reduce inflammation, but also boost your immune system. I have asthma, too, so every time I would get any kind of cough, I would spend weeks hacking and unable to breathe well. I would cough so bad at times that I would actually throw up. It was awful. To make matters worse, I got sick like this at least five times a year. I began doing Rain Drop Therapy about four years ago -- and we had no idea what ...

Rain Drop Therapy ... and Pizza

My blog has in a sense become a bit of a "vague" journal ... LOL :). Yesterday something monumental came to an end. I also went to Tre Bella Spa in Auburn and had a Rain-Drop Treatment (essential oils) with Cheryl Mullick. She was so concerned about my thin frame, she practically dumped whole bottles of oils LOL. Did you know that men when asked what "turned them on" smell-wise, they liked the pizza smell. Go figure ... apparently the way to a man's heart is definitely through this his stomach. Here is what you absolutely must know about essential oils. They put my RA in remission. They boost the immune systems ... I have not had a cold or flu i...

Sunday Morning Musings

I actually slept in until 10:00 a.m. here. Are you shocked or what? I slept 12 full hours! Why is this so thrilling? Well, I've spent my forties with horrible insomnia. For me to be able to not only fall asleep but stay asleep is a wonderful relief! If you have insomnia then you know what I'm talking about. Being in Southern California also killed my allergies. I walked around with a perpetual sinus infection in Sacramento -- land of trees and pollen. Now that I am living in what is essentially a concrete jungle, I am no longer struggling. I hate to say it, but that alone might be worth the move. The only downside is not being able to regularly hit Tre Bella Spa in Auburn and see Cheryl Mullick for raindrop treatments that keep my arthritis and my overall health in check. I am a wee bit concerned about that one. My hand is bothering me a bit, and I haven't had any problems in two years. So, I am going to make it my mission to get back up north soon and see Cheryl. If you...
